You don’t have to put an age limit on your dreams
At the age of 41, Dara Torres is the first Olympic swimmer to compete in FIVE different Olympic games, oldest swimmer to win an Olympic medal and the first woman in history to swim in the Olympics past the age of 40.
Upon winning her third Silver medal at the Beijing 2008 Games, she answered a question about her age with the very telling statement, “You don’t have to put an age limit on your dreams.”
So whether you think you’re too young or you’re too old, forget your age and get started going after your DREAM!

Yes, people put an age on what they can do or not do. It is best we all just forget our age because the mind can put limitations on you from what you have been taught in your life. Of course a better thing to do is Free The Mind
